Not a project manager.
Not a software vendor.

I'm a portfolio-level finance operator who has run the monthly close, built the ownership bridge, and been in the room when the system was wrong and nobody could explain why.

I work on a select number of engagements at a time — usually with management companies or ownership groups who need someone who already understands the full stack: the P&L, the systems, the ops team, and what an ownership group actually needs to see on Monday morning.

If you need 40 slides and a framework, I'm probably not your person. If you need the integration to work and the numbers to make sense, let's talk.

Portfolio finance.
Systems that connect.

  • PMS → POS → GL integration and reconciliation
  • ProfitSword / Unifocus / labor system configuration
  • Monthly close process design and cleanup
  • Ownership reporting — bridge, narrative, format
  • Acquisition and transition finance support
  • Labor reporting that operations teams actually use
  • USALI compliance and chart of accounts alignment
  • Finance team structure and reporting discipline

Three types of engagements

Systems & Data Integrity Review

A structured review of your PMS-to-GL mapping, labor system configuration, and reporting output. I find where the data breaks down, why it breaks down, and what clean looks like on the other side.

Typical scope: 2–4 weeks. Single property or portfolio.

Finance & Reporting Partnership

Monthly or quarterly engagement supporting ownership reporting, close process improvement, and finance team development. Built for management companies without a dedicated corporate finance layer.

Typical scope: ongoing monthly retainer.

Transition & Acquisition Support

Finance and systems support during hotel acquisitions, brand conversions, or management transitions. The first 90 days is where financial risk lives. I help you get there clean.

Typical scope: 60–90 days around transition date.

The right fit

Good fit

  • Multi-property management companies (5–40 hotels)
  • Ownership groups that want better reporting from their operator
  • Properties mid-transition or post-acquisition
  • Teams that bought a new system and it still doesn't work right
  • Finance teams that know something is wrong but can't pin it down

Probably not the right fit

  • Single-property independent hotels with no existing reporting infrastructure
  • Projects that need a large team or ongoing staff augmentation
  • Engagements where the goal is a deliverable, not a working system
  • Anyone who needs 40 slides and a framework before they'll take action

Let's talk about what's broken.

I take on a limited number of engagements at a time. If you have a systems or finance problem that hasn't gone away, start with a conversation.
